TagAR

TagAR

TagAR is a real-time markerless augmented reality system for Windows tablets.

I developed the successor to PTAMM while at 2d3 Ltd. as part of an MOD funded project. TagAR contains the PTAMM core but has significant refactoring to the threading and graphics. TagAR runs at 30Hz on a Windows tablet with an Intel HD graphics card, and uses Qt4 for the user interface and OpenSceneGraph for the 3D graphics. TagAR is a 2d3 Ltd. product.

TagAR was demoed at the Home Office INSTINCT TD3 Conference and at HOSDB 2011, and is currently undergoing field trials.
